Spotify Premium

Pay for your own subscription or give someone one as a gift.

By using a Spotify gift card, eGift Card, eCard, Premium Code, or PIN (the "Card"), you agree to the following:

1. The "Spotify Terms of Use" available at [https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/](https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/ ), are part of these card terms and conditions. Spotify's terms of use may contain terms regarding the collection and use of personal data, general disclosure based on the services provided by Spotify, choice of law, mandatory arbitration (if any), and location.
2. The card can only be redeemed for the full price of the months of the individual Premium subscription and cannot be redeemed for discounted or group subscriptions (e.g. student discount, trial offers, Premium for families or offers where Premium is combined with the products and services of other companies is combined).
3. The card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law).
4. You must have or register for a Spotify account in the country of purchase in order to redeem the card. To use or register for a Spotify account, you must meet the applicable age requirements in the [Spotify Terms of Use](https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1 ).
5. Redeem your card at [www.spotify.com/redeem](www.spotify.com/redeem.).
6. The card must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. After this the PIN expires and the card can no longer be used for purchases.
7. The card is intended for single use; the full face value for an individual account will be deducted at redemption and no incremental redemption or credit reduction is permitted.
8. Spotify and its directors, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of stolen or fraudulently acquired cards.
9. The card is provided by Spotify AB, registration number 556703-7485, whose address is Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").
10. These terms and conditions will take precedence if the terms and conditions related to cards are inconsistent or conflicting with the terms and conditions printed on a card.
